At Élancé, we have a simple philosophy: to give you the very best of everything. So we use only the finest beauty products from prestigious and trusted names, and offer the most technically advanced treatments available in the world today.
About your visit
We want to you enjoy your time with us. We have a few suggestions to make sure you get the most from your visit and ensure the health and safety of all our guests.
Please aim to arrive a little before your appointment time, so you have time to relax and really enjoy your treatment.
Please note that prices may change without notice -
Our clients love our calm, relaxing atmosphere (we’re guessing you do too!) so please help us preserve it by switching your mobile off while you’re in the treatment areas.
If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, we have no alternative than to make a 50% charge.
We regret we do not offer hairdressing appointments to anyone under 15, at this moment in time.
Due to Health & Safety restrictions, we are unable to allow children in the treatment areas. However, they’re welcome in the reception area, as long as they’re accompanied by an adult at all times.
We are unable to offer foot treatments if you have any infectious or medical condition affecting your feet. We reserve the right to discontinue any treatment that may compromise your health, or that of our therapists.
